Deployment and technical support
Strategy and digital consultancy
Each project is governed by a signed proposal or statement of work.
3. Ownership of Work
Upon full payment:
You own 100% of your digital assets, including websites, codebases, apps, domains, servers, and content.
All access credentials are handed over to you — no lock-ins, no withheld assets.
We believe your business should have full control of its digital presence.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work.
Remaining balance is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Payment plans may be available on request.
Late payments may result in paused work or account restrictions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
Provide necessary content, branding, and access promptly.
Offer feedback and approvals within the agreed timeline.
Honour agreed payment schedules.
6. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are outlined in your proposal.
Delays caused by missed feedback, scope changes, or external factors may result in extended delivery dates.
7. Revisions & Satisfaction
We offer structured revision rounds and regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction. To date, no client has been dissatisfied. If issues arise, we resolve them transparently and quickly.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
If you choose to cancel, you are responsible for payment of work completed to date.
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
We may terminate services if terms are breached or abuse occurs.
